3. Transaction Fees For transactions involving official keys, a total fee of 10% is applied. Out of this, 5% goes to the creator of the key, and 5% is retained by the KeySea platform. For transactions involving fan keys, a fee of 10% is applied, and the entire amount is retained by the KeySea platform.

4. No Liability KeySea is a platform that facilitates the buying and selling of keys. We do not have control over the actions of our users or any third parties. As such: We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of the platform, including but not limited to the purchase or sale of keys. We do not guarantee the authenticity, quality, safety, or legality of any keys sold or bought on our platform. We are not liable for any misrepresentations, fraud, or other malicious actions by users or third parties.

5. User Responsibilities As a user of KeySea: You are solely responsible for all transactions and interactions you engage in on our platform. You must ensure that you have the necessary rights to sell or buy keys and that you do not infringe on the rights of others. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our platform.
